Between the months of February to June is the best time to visit Himachal pradesh. This climate varies from hot and subtropical tropical southern lowlands, warm and subtropical (900–1800 m), cold and warm (1900–2400 m) and cold ice and alpine (2400–4800 m) in the north.

By Flight:


The best way to reach Himachal by air is to fly to Chandigarh, and then travel by car or local bus.


By Train:


There are two narrow gauge railway lines in Himachal Pradesh, one connecting Kalka to Shimla and the other connecting Pathankot to Kangra.The Kangra Valley Railway is an important railway line serving Himachal. It goes from Pathankot to Jogindernagar.


By Bus: 


HRTC covers more than 3000 routes in and around Himachal Pradesh connecting different cities and towns.
